So, it's Sunday and I am now in the process of putting together my weekly meal planner for the boys and also making my shopping list. Great way to kill two birds with one stone! I was never really one to have a meal planner until I went away on holiday with the boys and being pregnant with my third. I just had to be organised and stress free, I figured a meal plan would be the only option. It was fantastic and I didn't have to wonder and waste time about thinking what shall I cook....
I have decided that this week they will have slightly more vegetarian dishes than normal. Usually they have a good mix of everything - vegetables, chicken, meat and fish.

- Chicken Curry
- Home made Southern Fried Chicken
- Macaroni Cheese
- Lamb Curry
- Fish Pie
However, tonight we are having a slow cooked beef pot roast - will be sharing the recipe and pics with you later tonight, once all the boys are fast asleep :o)
